To ensure your designs fit perfectly on our products without distortion, use the following aspect ratios:

• Aluminum Prints:
  • 305mm x 457mm (12 x 18 inches):
    • Portrait Orientation: 343:501
    • Landscape Orientation: 501:343
  • 305mm x 305mm (12 x 12 inches):
    • Square Orientation: 1:1
  • 206mm x 270mm (8.11 x 10.6 inches):
    • Portrait Orientation: 103:135
    • Landscape Orientation: 135:103
• Tumblers:
  • Use a 232:214 aspect ratio for designs to fit seamlessly around the tumbler.

By adhering to these aspect ratios, your artwork will maintain its proportions and look professional when printed. For the best results, create your designs in high resolution (at least 300 DPI). If you’re unsure about adjusting your design, contact us for assistance. We’re happy to help!

We recommend uploading high-resolution images (300 DPI or higher) to ensure the best print quality. However, if your image is lower resolution, we can use AI upscaling tools to enhance it before printing. This allows us to achieve optimal results even with less-than-ideal source files.

At ALPrints.ca, we are committed to delivering premium-quality aluminum prints. Previously, we sourced aluminum plates from a vendor whose materials showed a subtle surface texture when viewed at certain angles or under specific lighting. While this texture is barely noticeable when viewed at a normal angle and distance, it can be seen up close or under direct light.

To ensure we meet the highest standards, we transitioned to a new vendor for our HD Aluminum Prints, which feature a completely smooth, high-gloss surface with no visible texture, providing a flawless, polished finish.

The Classic Aluminum Prints are the remaining stock of materials from our previous vendor. They still deliver the same vibrant colors, scratch resistance, and 1.15mm aluminum durability but are being offered at a more affordable price due to the subtle texture.

These prints are only available until the current stock is sold out and will not be offered again. For an affordable option with minor texture under specific conditions, Classic Prints are a great choice. If you prefer a smooth, polished finish, we recommend our HD Aluminum Prints.

All of our aluminum prints come with a glossy finish that enhances the depth and color, making your images pop with a sleek, modern look.

Yes, they are incredibly durable and resistant to elements like water and scratches, making them a lasting choice for displaying your favorite images.

A soft, damp cloth is perfect for cleaning the surface. Avoid abrasive cleaners to protect the glossy finish.

Our aluminum prints are designed primarily for indoor display to maintain their vibrancy and quality over time.

While our aluminum prints are water-resistant, we recommend placing them in less humid environments to preserve their longevity and vibrancy.

Yes, we provide a proofing process for all orders. You will receive an email with a proof of your design, which you’ll need to review and approve before we proceed with printing. Please carefully check all details, including spelling and design elements, as we print exactly what you approve. Any errors in the approved proof are the customer’s responsibility.

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days and shipping times vary based on your location. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is shipped.

We integrate directly with trusted shipping services like Canada Post. This allows us to provide real-time pricing directly from their platforms. Currently, we only ship within Canada and the USA.

Our tumblers are crafted from high-quality double-wall stainless steel.

They are designed to keep your drinks warm or cold for 12 to 24 hours, perfect for all-day hydration.

To preserve their insulation capability and finish, we recommend hand washing your tumbler with mild soap and water.

Each tumbler comes with a lid and silicone bottom.

We take great care to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. All prints are packed securely with protective wrappings, and we use custom 3D-printed inserts to prevent movement during shipping. Despite these precautions, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
